The entire company as a whole is amazing. From the purchasing of the home to the trades, designers and everyone inbetween. Would not hesitate to do it all over again with Mountainview!! Just wonderful.

Maria Kovacs has been the most helpful person I think I’ve ever dealt with in a builders office. She’s super quick in responding and she’s extremely helpful. She made moving into my first home such a great experience, wow. Even if I ask her things that she can’t assist with she always leads me in the right direction. When participating in the first-ever LemonAID Day back in June of 2022, I was able to see firsthand how much the company cares about making a difference in their community.

We closed the deal on May 5, a bit with a delay, but we were very happy to get a new home with the only item identified to be improved after the PDI. Never had that clean and well-built home with the previous builders!The Mountainview team is listening to the customers’ requests and they do their best to make the buyers happy. We appreciate very much Lisa’s Banh help in purchasing the house, her diligent work and helpful advises. Lisa is very professional, she was highly efficient in providing every necessary information when requested by the bank or the lawyer, so everything went smoothly. My special great thank you to Julia Felice for her patience, knowledge and advise in changing the floor plan layout to meet our needs. This helped to create functional and beautiful home.The exceptional appeal inside the house was created thanks to Alison Marr who spent lots of time in finding and advising the best colour pallet for our home. And when we had some issues and questions regarding the house exterior, Mike, the Operations Manager, helped us resolve the issue. We appreciate him being very responsive. Mike demonstrated strong communication and problem solving skills.We are very happy with the new home and definitely recommend the Mountainview Homes to the perspective buyers. In general this builder has a favorable correlation of price and quality of the houses they build. Pretty reasonable in these crazy real estate markets during the recent years!Thank you so-o-o much, guys!!!

We've been in our home for 25 years. From the initial visit to the sales office, during the construction of our home and the following years of living in it the Mountainview team has provided us with with a great place to live. Only giving 5 stars does not seem to be enough.

I purchased a pre-construction detached home in their Saffron Estates community in 2020 and closed in May 2022. From the start, Sales Representative Lindsey was incredible. She was supportive and assisted us in any questions or concerns we had. Over the time our home was being built she went above and beyond what one can expect from a sales rep. We then had the pleasure of meeting Anthony who was the architect. He was extremely talented and helped perfect our home. The design house experience was also amazing. Alison took the time to go through each and every detail and made sure we were happy with all the modifications and upgrades we wanted. The after closing experience has been great as well. We met service manager Maria and site supervisor Pat & Paul. They all have been great with making sure any post closing issues were addressed. These days, it’s more important than ever to work with a reputable builder and you will get this with Mountainview homes. Thanks to the entire team, we definitely made the right decision!!!
