Jerry provided a cleaning/ maintenance on 2 gas fireplaces. He kept his promise and arrived on time , worked efficiently and the price was reasonable . Very knowledgeable , friendly and isn't try to 'upsell 'you on anything. Will use Jerry again in future.

Great service! Just had my furnace looked at. I called that morning and he was able to come with in two hours. Jerry was professional, thorough and fast. He problem solved, gave me options and answered all my questions. I always felt that he had our best interest in mind.I would use Flamewright again.

Just had our gas fire place cleaned and inspected. Jerry was extremely kind and friendly not a take your money and run kind of guy. He explained why we were having the issues we were having. Didn't charge extra for coming by at a time that worked for us. I would recommended flamewright to anyone in Nanaimo.

flamewright was fantastic in there service and in their employees. We had three problems in our home and jerry, the serviceman came over and Quickly and professionally took care of all our needs for our hot water tank, dishwasher, and our fireplace. Our air changer quit following a power surge. My husband followed the trouble-shooting guide, concluded it must be a damaged logic board and called Flamewright, the only authorized VanEE dealer/service in our area. Jerry quickly researched and determined that the part was not only expensive, but could take months to arrive. Offering to try to save us unnecessary cost and aggravation, he took the initiative to access and review the user manual. He insisted that we repeat the troubleshooting diagnostic steps while he was on the phone with us. My husband did so. No luck. He repeated the steps a second time. The unit started up again!. Did Jerry perform magic over the phone? Who knows. What we do know is that with Jerry's help - and at no charge - we have fresh air again. Without having met him in person, from this one telephone interaction, I can tell you that Jerry is a decent human being, a good communicator and a competent, thorough technician. Once I get his address, he's down for a Christmas present.

I've used Flamewright a couple of times since buying our townhouse in north Nanaimo a year ago. The first time was for regular service of our furnace, tankless water heater and gas fireplace. Jerry was prompt, friendly and did an excellent job.About a year later during a cold weather snap our furnace kept running all the time. Jerry came the same day and quickly fixed the problem. He also provided me with lots of helpful information about my gas applicances. Very reasonable rates as well.

Jerry installed a 95+ energy efficient natural gas forced air furnace in our crawl space last fall.It ran great all winter.Saved us lots of money on firewood and electrical bills.He designed the ductwork routing and gave me enough tips so I was able to do the duckwork myself. I would recommend him for all your heating requirements.

Jerry did a great job of installing our fireplace insert. Answered all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with. When we had a problem with the fireplace sooting up he was very prompt in finding the problem and fixing it. I definitely would recommend him
