I am a fan of Thai Express food and I am a regular client. I often visit different location of Thai Food Express because I work in transportation.I visited recently this Thai Express branch and food was awful. The person who prepared my two meals did not follow the standard recipe because food tastes very bad and my meals looked far different than what it shows in the menu’s photos.

the pad sew i ordered was chopped in small pieces i couldn’t eat it with the fork’ overly sauced, ordered spicy but not all spice added, overall it wasnt the same taste i trew it away after 2 bites samething for my friend plates, would not recommend!

Worst Pad Thai I’ve ever eaten, It doesn’t even feel like a Thai express.The noodles were either stale or just extremely undercooked. It came juicy, so much sauce that didn’t even taste like pad Thai.Couldn’t take more than a few bites , I had to throw it out. Would not recommend , go to Burger King next door or something.

Very disappointed. I ordered the new vegan Pad Sew to go with extra egg and they gave it to me with no egg in a plate (they charged me 1.50$ extra for the egg). A Pad Sew is supposed to have Chinese Broccoli but they only put regular broccoli instead and didn't notice me prior. I know it's not the cashier's fault because he took my order correctly.

This did not have the typical flavors one comes to expect from Thai food, it was more like school cafeteria generic Asian food. The woman at the counter was very irritable and deliberately unhelpful when we could not communicate well in French. Fortunately two younger employees jumped in and answered questions and helped us order with a bright and kind attitude. The food was fresh and well prepared but didn't have much of any Thai spice or seasoning to it. Clean and fast service, but you won't get your craving for Thai food met.
