There needs to be better processes I place for certain situations!

I can't begin to express how professional and caring Jonathan was. Within a few hours of my step-dad passing my wife and I had to make some decisions and our first call was to Meaningful Memorials. From the minute we made contact with Johnathan he made us feel a sense of calm and was very kind and understanding. Through all the meetings, emails, and phone calls he was so accommodating and kind. We had people suggesting different places but faced with such a sad situation where cost is a factor you will not find a better place than Meaningful Memorials. My mom, sister and I had a very good experience regarding the services and other things offered to us in regards to my grandpa’s passing! From the very start we felt we were treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Jonathan, one of the directors, was extremely gentle, caring and easy to deal with. Bruce and his team are outstanding. For such a sad industry they sure make you feel comforted within moments of meeting. The care and compassion is exactly what is needed when dealing with the loss of your loved one.The prices that they charge, can not be beat.
