The wood flooring and carpet looks beautiful and I am extremely pleased. Everyone at DeHaan and the installation folks were great. I had to delay my installation a few times as the contractor took much longer than anticipated and DeHaan held everything for me until the construction work was completed which was very helpful and appreciated.

This is the second time we've used DeHaan for flooring. We've used them also in the past for countertops and a backsplash. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and for what I would consider a specialty store their prices are competitive. Installers are always professional as well.

Love the carpet, it looks great. The installers were good but not real friendly, not normal for DeHaans, we also have alot of carpet left over.
