The new owners are friendly and personable. They do great charcuterie boards!!! We had dinner there a few nights ago, the Monty's burger and grilled cheese were absolutely delish!! We enjoyed the atmosphere of Sir Monty's (and the beer of course). We will definitely return!!

It’s got a bit of a speakeasy vibe. The beers are approachable for any novice craft beer drinker. They also have beers from other breweries to take out.

Great new micro brewery in town.A very smart setup to collaborate with Stuttering John's Smokehouse on the main floor of the building. You can enjoy great local brew accompanying by great BBQ at the same location.I hope for the brewery to sustain for a long time to contribute to a diverse local business and flavour in Durham Region.

Attended here with the wife for beers and wine. Love the atmosphere, and the beers are really good. Wife liked the wine. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they don’t have wings. I really honestly think they would be busier if they provided wings esp when there’s a game on! Will be back though!

We’re locals within walking distance of Sir Monty’s and have wanted to pop in for some time. We finally stopped in on a Sunday to have a Caesar Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised to find their $20 Sunday Deal… 2 drinks (pretty much anything on their menu) and a charcuterie board for 2 (really for 4 snacker’s). The owner was really friendly and made time to chat for a little while. The charcuterie board was delicious and we are intrigued by the fact that it continually changes. We enjoyed their house Caesar and I also tried their Milk Stout which I was eyeing online, which was so good… I bought a couple of cans to take home. We stopped in for lunch but we were so stuffed by the charcuterie board, that it turned into an early dinner! We will be back to try some of their signature flat breads!

A nice brewery with the feel of a British pub. The fire place gives a cozy feeling in the winter. Some unique beers to taste and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They gave us some good suggestions. The jalapeño blonde is really cool, liked it. Would surely go back.
