North Fraser Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

They said they would do a follow up phone call after a surgery, and they did not do it. That was not professional. They are not worried about going through a follow up phone call but they are very thoroughly when insurance does not cover everything and they need to go after you even if you paid for the service already. You could expect many letters and collection threats. The tone they use and the lack of options to solve conflict is not professional. Do not recommend it.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth out today and I was absolutely terrified. I am petrified of needles and I had to be completely put under for the procedure. Dr. Henry did an amazing job and the nurses were very kind and made the appointment relaxing and comfortable, not at all rushed or impatient with me. It took only 15 minutes and I don't even remember falling asleep. Anyone who is nervous about getting them done, this is the place for you. :)

I cancelled my appointment twice because I was so afraid of getting my wisdom teeth removed. I finally said enough and went through with it. I am so unbelievably happy with how everything went. Dr. Bellamy was so friendly and all the staff made me feel comfortable. I had zero pain and no swelling after the extractions! I believe this is because of the quality of work and the care they give their patients.

Awesome experience! I am actually located in Cranbrook, but these fellows make trips there to help us out here in the Kootenays with our surgeries.I had Dr. Bellamy. Great experience! He was informational in my pre op consultation, quick and to the point, but very friendly. Didn't feel rushed at all, but he was efficient, which my phobic self appreciated! As far as the wisdom tooth removal (I had all 4 removed under IV deep sedation), he clearly did a great job, despite me remembering nothing! Naturally, the local ladies that helped here (some familiar faces from my new dentist) as well were also wonderful!I would definitely recommend Dr Bellamy if you're a phobic person like myself. He gave an air of being a legitimately nice guy that I trusted. Despite our interaction being quite quick and minimal, he was great!

I had a great experience removing my top wisdom teeth by Dr. Tobin Bellamy at North Fraser Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. The whole procedure was totally painless and quick. Dr. Bellamy is quite knowledgeable and meticulous. The staff are friendly, amiable, and helpful, which made the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic. especially for your complex dental surgeries.

Just had surgery done In Cranbrook this weekend and the staff was amazing!! Super nice, and made me feel comfortable. Dr Bellamy was super nice and I sadly can't remember the name of the nurses that gave me IV but they were great! I have small veins and I'm not even bruised today!Thanks guys

Put out for difficult wisdom tooth removal, they were so friendly, and professional and did a really nice job. I am happy I went to see dr Bellamy. Has someone sitting with you the whole time, comforting waiting room, they explain everything well and I had a great experience even though I am fairly young, and most clinics run me around in circles! Thank you guys! Brandi at the front desk is also amazing, she does her job so well and is so easy to work with! She is truly a gem at your clinic! Special thanks for making it easy for us Brandi!

Just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday. I have a severe needle/dental phobia and the team was incredibly accommodating and helpful to keep me from having a total meltdown in their office. Gave really clear care instructions to me and my brother who took care of me post appointment, and so far my recovery is great. Definitely happy I came here for my appointment, I've seen people really suffer after their oral surgeries, and me and my brother both had our extractions done here and recovery has been great.

Before the surgery all the nurses were there to answer my questions and Dr Bellamy came to say hi before the surgery. Was my first time going under IV sedation, barely even realized I was falling asleep then woke up after what felt like a nice nap. The nurses were so helpful and kind, the entire time. Felt zero pain all day yesterday, and have only taken a few pain killers since. Even got a follow up call a few hours later to make sure I was doing okay! Highly recommend, thank you for making this nerve wracking thing, an enjoyable experience!!

The staff and Dr Bellamy were highly recommended by our orthodontist and I am so glad we went. Had previous negative experience with other oral surgeons so didn't have good expectations. North Fraser office staff blew us away with their professionalism and positive fun vibe right from recepción through to followup. Dr Bellamy was as kind and effective as was promised and my son had an amazing experience. Having another procederé done for my other son and so far they have been good again.
