After meeting Shanay over a year ago I have grown to not only respect her but appreciate her professionalism and gentle caring nature.She has helped me through my prenatal aches and pains as well as my everyday muscular strains, I feel I can not express enough how much I recommend Shanay. She was perfect for both body and soul.

My wife and I were rear-ended, and Shanay treated her five times to help with her recovery. My wife prodded me to try out Shanay's services, and I am grateful that she did not let me forget! So many RMTs unfortunately just go through the motions until your treatment time is up. Shanay explored areas where tension was built up, and worked them out. As someone who gets RMT treatments many times a year, I am happy to have discovered Shanay. BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST I HAVE COME ACROSS :)

Shanay Is an amazing therapist and an intriguing conversationalist. She adjusts her approach to meet the needs of the individual. I know because my wife requires a very light touch and I am OK with a heavy and deep touch and she meets both of our preferences. She always asks what I need that week and for feedback afterwards. Her techniques very depending on my requirements. I have seen her about 10 times and rarely miss my weekly appointment. I had an accident last January that prevents me from sleeping very well and also left me with chronic headaches. Her treatments have greatly helped me out. My only regret is not discivering her sooner. I hesitate to highly recommend her because I selfishly don’t want her to get too busy to see me… LOL. Her shop is conveniently located in downtown Langley and is nicely decorated with good air conditioning.

Shanay has a relaxing, warm touch, as does her studio. She works with you and she is so helpful! She is communicative and adjustable. I feel comfortable with her and appreciate her! Definitely would recommend as a sweet, professional RMT!

I've been several massage therapists over the years ranging from terrible to really good.Shanay is the cream of the crop.She listens to you concerns and addresses them accordingly. Unlike some health care providers who just want you to keep coming back, she shows genuine interest in your overall well being. She takes great pride not only in her work, but in knowing that at the end if the day, she did her best to send someone home to enjoy a better quality of life.

Shanay was awesome! I went for a RMT prenatal massage (8 months) and she was amazing, very knowledgeable on prenatal and made me feel so comfortable! I will definitely be booking another one!

Today was my first ever massage therapy experience with Shanay. I am a 27yr old man that has pain and extreme tightness all over my body. Shanay was able to really help me, she listened to what I needed help with and explained really well what she would be doing before and during the massage. When I asked for different amounts of pressure she was very receptive and was able to maintain a consistent pressure that I was comfortable with. During the massage I was instantly able to feel a solid amount of relief. After the massage I could feel that my posture was significantly better and my ability to walk was vastly improved. I have already booked my next appointment!

I started going to The Pink Ruca RMT a few years ago. Shanay is intelligent and professional. She helps to release my upper back muscle tension from sitting at a desk all day. I look forward to our appointments because they help me relax and relieve stress. I continue going back because I trust her.

I had the best hour massage from Shanay. It was therapeutic and also relaxing for my aching muscles and sore hip. Shanay is excellent, she has very strong hands and used just the right amount of pressure for me.I also loved the decor of the massage room. Very nicely done. I would recommend trying Shanay if you are looking for an RMT. She is a true 5 star!
