Absolutely disgusting customer service. For a worker to laugh at an order and then act like you're an inconvenience because you are waiting for them to acknowledge you said thats everything! Im not sure what's funny about 2 small frosties and a coke. But ok!!!! 7:50 pm. Didn't complete the order, exited the drive through and won't return.

Walked over to have Saturday night frosties with my kids, 6 and 8. Bought the frosties, sat down to eat them, and was told within 2 minutes that the restaurant was closing and we had to leave. The worker who asked us to leave was rather zealous about it.My question remains: since this is a shared restaurant with a common dining area, why weren’t the restaurants able to close (they were certainly able to lower their shutters), while the diners in the common area finished eating? There was no work happening in the common area, not even a single cleaner. All the work was behind the counters.

Increasing my review stars as the restaurant is improving in service, good job moving me from 2 stars to 4 stars so quickly. I doubt it is management - probably good shift supervisors that deserve raises.Thank you for the good service.

My experience has been really bad at this Wendy’s. They have terrible customer service they get mad at you when you can’t hear them through speaker and if you ask for extra stuff. I asked for extra vinegar and got 1 package and also my bass where basically thrown at me out the drive through window.

Went there about a week ago. The service was extremely poor. We stood waiting g for almost 5 min waiting for someone to take our order. They did not have several items on the menu. They did not get our order right. I was also surprised that the next person in line (who had been waiting patiently) was finally told to leave the area and go through the drive through to place his order. He was told that by the manager. Not surprisingly he left and took his business to McDonald's. Our order was not correct. We will choose another location or place to eat in the future.

Always make the mistake of going here for a quick bite just to have them mess up my order every single time, I don't know what it is but no matter what I order they get it very wrong or miss somthing.For example ordered a plain double baconator today, and first they gave me a Dave's single, so I asked them for the plain double baconator again at the drive through window and they give me back a non plain bacconator.Moral of the story stay away from this Wendy's. Just go to mcdonalds across the parking lot. Amazing service from them no matter the time.

They have stepped up their service times a lot in the past year. Orders inside of 5 minutes when there is no lineup. The atmosphere only gets 4 stars because it's clean but looks like any other highway road stop on the 401.
