Took 6 months to serve papers to residents in condo unit who played abruptly loud music in their car for hours on end about 3-5 times a week from 10-3am. They fail to handle situations quickly. They had 6 months of videos, pictures and constant complaints from several neighbours and really didn’t care to resolve in timely matter. This woke up families and their children constantly in the wee hours of the night.

They have 0 care about the actual human beings who rent their spaces. It's only about the money and any sort of life issues that may occur with their tenants, they just ignore and do not help. You are just numbers to these people and the blatant ignorance of sympathy and compassion towards their tenants is atrocious. Do yourself a favour and find renting services with people who will actually help you when a problem arises.
