RMCS is an organization that helps new immigrants with settlement and labor issues. All the staff members are always willing to help and answer all your questions and concerns. They help us with our 2022 taxes, they were very helpful.

I had a terrible exprience with Thuy Nguyen today.She had a very condescending tone, and literally asked me to stay in the hallway and talk to her sitting in her office from the outside, I’m pretty familiar with Covid guidelines and that’s just not it and she was really pressuring me to donate at the end which is not professional and ethical.This interaction had such a negative impact on my day and I hope no one else will have to go through what I did today.

This is a great place for people who want to get help. All staff are friendly. I am very happy to have the opportunity to gain my work experience. Also, I got very helpful advice about the citizenship test from Xiaowei. There are many multicultural events where people celebrate together and feel harmonious. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work.
