Purchased a sectional couch from the Bay in July. Had exceptional service by staff Howe on the second floor. Informative and knowledgeable about the furnitures on display. Provided helpful advice on furniture buying, and shipping. A pleasant shopping experience.

Nobody has a clue here. Especially the Sales Manager Baljit. Not sure why she lied about the refund policy to our faces and changed her tune a week later. Don’t bother coming here to shop, it will only cause frustration!

I have no prob with the store products. Yet, I strongly feel that they need janitors cleaning the washroom more OFTEN!!!!. It was very disgusting, five of them were down. So, I decide to take pix and post it. Hopefully, they will make some change.

Not bad. Has good items but not the high end stuff like downtown bay. Lots of stock though. Not a lot of service people around yo help but always lots of sales. Some things in men's section are low like pants and shirts in certain brands but for mid range brands, it's good.

Purchased a bracelet from the jewelry department. Was promised an extra discount if I apply for the credit card and it should only take a few minutes. I Didn’t get approved right away came back later and Manager Baljit said we can’t honour this promotion. Now I have an extra credit card that I don’t need and no extra discount. Pretty bad customer service, will not be shopping her again.

Awesome experience at The Bay in Richmond Centre - Virginia in the jewellery section has been with The Bay for years, she is incredible, helpful and friendly! We also had great service from Chrissy at MAC, she was very helpful and from Ada at Elizabeth Arden, who helped us with a number of things, was lovely!

Plus they have housewares like bedding, kitchen gadgets, electronics, and more. They have luggage, travel pillows, and other items to make journeys easier. Like many Bays"

Our only affordable department store left. Hope it doesn't close down like so many others have. Has a wonderful selection of clothes and cosmetics, which is what I mainly buy there. One complaint I haveis they are cutting down on staff and there is no one to help you anymore.

Decent size two floor with many various of merchandise. Sometimes there's some good deal on sale. Quiet atmosphere. Came here couple times for shopping, it was good experience overall. Convenience location. Nice staffs.
