Horrible service since new ownership. I call and waited for 43 min for service to answer.Was told to pick up my tires between 3pm and 8pm. Arrived on site and received the worst service ever with entitlement attitude. They did not give me my tires because service closed at 5pm and left no message at reception. Mr. Entitled made no effort to help nor reach someone that works at the service counter to see if they knew anything. Since the new owners took over, 98% of the staff left. If they can’t treat customers nor employees decently why should anyone give their time or money to them.
