Had an appointment for renewal with picture. Was supposedly supposed to take 15 minutes. Waited 25 minutes until number was called, to a booth with no picture taking capabilities. Once fee was paid and renewed, was told to go back in the waiting area for the same number to be called for a picture. Numbers even higher than ours kept getting called, even though our file was not completed. Where is the logic in this? After another 25 minute wait, finally went up to the booth that was taking pictures and explained the situation, and she took the picture. Otherwise it was at least another hour wait. Why would they call additional numbers when there are still people who arrived first who don’t have their files completed? Mind boggling.

I had an appointment at 9 am, and it's been over an hour now without any progress. The experience is terrible; people are not at their workstations, and the service is extremely slow. The only thing I'm waiting for is to have my photo taken to renew my health card.

I just want to share this in hopes some people can be helped.The line system makes no sense here. I’ve taken an appointment, not taken an appointment, showed up early…it’s never clear. Routinely they will tell you do or do not need an appointment depending who you call or talk to. Some poor people were waiting in the wrong line for an hour while others pushed ahead and got through. Some people were slipping in through the doors on the side. It was insane. I just feel confused how they do this everyday and the signs for the lines and appointments are still so unclear. Even people who speak French were confused but even more for people who spoke English or little of either. I find myself very sorry for the employees trying to manage e chaos. I really wish someone could come and help clear up the processes here

Special shout out to Alex who works here who took the time to verify my identity for the website and showed me how to do my transactions online on their computers. In 2023 we don't see it often where people go above and beyond and Alex is an All-Star. Merci beaucoup!!

The workers are very slow. There’s long line people are waiting for there turn my turn come after 1h she couldn’t do it the she called her coworker she come the both of them called supervisor in long wait after that they sent me to wait 2 more hours, while I was waiting on chair watched a lot counters they work very slow especially counter 21

Honestly, I was scared because of the bad reviews but it was fast and efficient. My appointment was at 9 to take a pic and I was out at 9:35

Not well managed, staff are friendly but you can tell that they are not well trained, been given wrong information in multiple occasions. Which is a frustrating experience in situation the line up was extremely long.

For a driver license renewal, Arrived at 9am no appointment line, 20min to book an appointment for 11:40am. Finished at noon. It was impossible to get an online appointment before April 2023, think if you have an appointment it should be pretty quick (30min). Staff are sweet, but the entire experience took 3hrs, wait, pay and take a picture, it is not efficient for 2023.

I came here after taking an appointment to renew my RAMQ. I was given a number. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went to check if it was normal that I had to wait so long even after taking an appointment.The worker told me that RAMQ cards were to be sent by mail for the time being to reduce traffic in SAAQs. She told me I could leave my form with her and they will send it for me. I asked the woman if she could give me a confirmation number or anything that could help me keep track of this request. She said there was no need and that I could leave.I just called a month later after not receiving my card, and they said that they never got my form. Now I have to go through the whole process again.Worst customer service ever.
