Scooter City

I give this place a 0 out of 5. This is absolutely the worst place I have ever experienced in my life. The scooter I bought from there was a total lemon and the mechanic is incompetent. Had my scooter towed 4 times and every time I brought it in it somehow managed to come back to me worse. Here's my advice, don't buy from them, go somewhere else. Save you time and save your money and you'll save a massive headache. Do NOT go to scooter city. Terrible experience.

Horrible customer service. I was taken advantage of and they did not stand behind their products. Nice to you making a sale. No integrity or credibility. I would never purchase anything from them again. One sister plays nice while the other is rude and mean. The one playing nice is an act. Read the contracts thoroughly before purchasing anything.

Greasy spoon. Absolutely greasy. Try anything else if you possibly can .

Customer service was a little more relaxed than I would have liked. Wished for more proactive rather than reactivate customer service.However I did like the option of layaway and payments for the scooter I purchased.All in all I was happy with my experience in dealing with them.

This company took advantaged of a lovely old lady . She has fallen ill in the last year and cannot use the new scooter she has been paying off for over a year. They will not refund this lady and the poor woman has never received the actual scooter. Their customer service is terrible and they are not caring or considerate to our older community in a global pandemic. I would advise you to go anywhere else but here.

They are generally helpful and friendly.My recent experience was less than fantastic. I had some work done on my scoot and one of the items was to replace the headlights, however; when I got the scoot back brights would light up one light, lows would light up the other. Prior to this work both lights would be on for dims, both would be on for brights.When I asked on the phone they said 'that's strange cause that's how the new Vespa's are'. (which surprised me cause ... why would you have 2 lights with only one on... doesn't seem likely) that being said, I said 'that's fine, but my scooter (originally purchased there) had both lights on at all times'. They then said, if I brought in the receipt, they would try and fix it on warranty. Well, I didn't have the receipt, that was thrown out before I got home. They had all my info, phone number, email name make of vehicle and history on their file, however without the paper receipt they would not honor the work.Get with it..... not honoring your work, when you know full well you did it, is dishonorable.

They bled my hydraulic disc brakes but no improvement. Was told there was a leak and would need new parts and new brake pads. Mind you my e-scooter had only 37km on it so I was sceptical. Something felt off. Paid and left.Found a dude on Facebook to service my e-scooter. He did proper job with my brakes and noticed a significant improvement with my brakes, unlike Scooter City.Long story short...I felt Scooter City ripped me off and tried to sell me things I didn't need. I question their honesty. Experience in general felt greasy.I will not be going back and will encourage others to save their time and money by staying away.

I phoned a couple times to try to get down there, my schedule just does not work but we made a time to meet up and I got a scooter. They have some real cool options and were real nice people very helpful and knowledgeable about a wide variety of them, gas and electric. Your looking for a scooter they got em!
