Terrible experience. Worst DQ ever. My cheese hot dog made me throw up several times. I'm still sick days after the meal. Only today am k able to actually stand on my own two feet. Don't order from there.

Don’t ever go to this place around 7:30pm when they are closing in half an hour because they do not want to serve you blizzards because then that means they would have to actually clean up after 8pm instead of getting a head start and getting off early. So if management is reading this just know that you are paying your staff an extra half hour and they are most likely not working.

Great place to enjoy your treats, bites, cakes, smoothies or whatever you else would like.Pretty good location on the food court in downtown.From minuses is only that they don't have full menu with burgers and fries. But they have awesome smoothies)))

They charge an extra service fee to pay with debit. I've worked in retail, I think this is illegal?! Located in the basement of Pacific Center Mall.

I came at this location and asked for cup of water. She said me give me 25cents and i agreed for it . But than she said just pay cash not by card. I didn’t have cash so she said i cant give water . Poor customer service and worst employees.

This DQ location does not allow mobile coupons to be used in store. Needless to say, you can't scan for points either. Won't be coming back.

The tiny portions of ice cream barely filled the bottom of the container, The watery strawberry syrup completely covered everything and not to mention the overripe banana.

Highly unorganized line with servers caring little about the order plus putting too little ice cream in peanut buster parfait/Oreo blizzard, even compared to the amount on the picture. When I pointed that out I was given attitude Oh God!" with rolled eyes. Very surprised since previously had great experience at other locations."

Nothing particularly notable about this location — the employees seemed to be very uninterested in their job, and although the desserts were alright, I probably would visit another DQ in the future.
