We are new to Chilliwack and it's been really difficult finding new providers for our 3 pets. So far, Roxanne has done a 10/10 job with grooming our cat and sheltie. I love picking up my pets and leaving all their hair with Roxanne <3

Chilliwack Canine to Feline Grooming
Roxanne has been so great with bathing and clipping my dog Loki’s nails. His first time to her shop was before she was even fully open and I think we’ve been there at least 4 times already. Loki isn’t great with other dogs and I worry about bringing him to groomers but she’s always made sure to book him alone which gives me a huge piece of mind. Thank you Roxanne

Chilliwack Canine to Feline Grooming
I rescued a cat with hair matted far beyond what I expected, I called this groomer and she got me in the next day to shave her so she could be comfortable. She was very good with my cat and was able to get all the matts out despite the cats non stop squirming. She was very knowledgable and I was very impressed. 10/10

Roxanne is so professional and caring! She always does such an amazing job grooming my large Pyrenees cross dog. Her shop is clean and bright, and my dog loves it there.

Our 5 month old Mini Schnauzer had the best first grooming experience! He’s usually very anxious with new situations, but he was so calm and well groomed when I picked him up. I almost thought he was another dog! Excellent first grooming experience for us all! Thank you, Roxanne!
