Very helpful staff, products are easy to find and plentiful. Nice casual shopping experience. Prices are excellent when compared to similar suppliers.

The guys who own this place are very knowledgeable in all things beauty. It’s quite surprising and very refreshing. This store is huge and has everything! And I mean everything. When I started doing lashes, I came here and found everything I needed. It’s a one stop shop. The prices are also very good. It’s cheaper than many other places I’ve seen and the quality is there.

One of the worst beauty suppliers I’ve seen in my 20 years of owning a hair salon. I would give 0 stars if possible because they don’t even deserve a 1 star. A reason why I have been so disappointed with this company is because I’ve order from them about a year now and about last month I ordered a $250 and it never arrived. I tried calling the shipment company and nobody answered. I called Beauty Canada and they said they will look into it. They called me an hour after implicating that I’ve basically lied and we did receive the order. After I checked my salon security cameras I never received anything or saw any delivery person that day. I called Beauty Canada again and spoke to both Richard and Phill and they both said the same thing to me which was that their items did arrive to my salon even though they didn’t. At that point I requested a refund and after talking with them for 30min they finally decided to give me only half the money back which wasn’t right but I’ve had enough with this horrible company.Please don’t order from this company because they don’t know how to deal properly with their clients and have horrible customer service.

Purchased a new item today with a minor dent in two different spots. Politely reached out to customer service and they were not apologetic about the situation. Response from Phil was “Yes you can return it. I'm running low so I can sell it quickly.”Why would you be okay to continue with selling a defective item?

Excellent pricing and great customer service! Best place to get nitrile gloves, and I love that I don’t have to pay shipping charges or purchase on Amazon.

I've never been to a place with such poor customer service. I heard one of the guys (I think his name was Phil) talk rudely to one of the people I was with and he continued to be rude when they went to go up and pay. Upon reading some of the reviews, it sounds like the staff needs to work on how to give proper customer service! It doesn't take much to talk to someone nicely especially when they are a PAYING customer.

I love to shop in this store because the have a lot of selection of products. The only thing negative i can say is that the salesmen does not know how to smile, they look like constipated, i feel like they hated their job. I wonder why they are in a customer service career.

Sauce is one of my favourite places to go when I. Red a Chicken Parmigiana fix, which seems to be almost every day. The staff are terrific, and always accommodating to my cravings. And I also loved their hot chocolate for YYC Hot Chocolate Fest!!!

It was a great place to go for unlicensed people wanting to do their own nails etc. Extremely disappointed this has become a licensed practitioner only store. Obviously will never be going here again.Most of the items I was paying similar prices for online for the same cheap" quality
