JUST TERRIBLE! Really poor quality products and even WORSE customer service. I bought a new cat litter box on Amazon, and the product was brand new in the box. When it arrived, the front door of the product was damaged. There was a paper in the box that stated not to return to retailer and to contact them. So I did. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I sent them pictures several times, and they didn't even look at them because they kept asking me to send pictures. I explained the box was NOT damaged, but the front panel on the unit was clearly damaged during manufacturing. Their response: they grilled me on several emails for information, of which I gave them everything several times, to end up with If you would like I can quote you for a new front door panel.Thank you in advance for your prompt reply and I look forward in hearing from you.Regards

As a college educated Bookkeeper of 20 years, I am INSULTED that this company would place an Ad for a Bookkeeper WITH A COLLEGE DEGREE with a salary of $15.00 AN HOUR" basically these people pay minimum wage for a college educated bookkeeper to handle all financials needs!!! (I can work here or Tim Horton) this is disqusting! my profession deserves better than this! I hope you get what you pay for. SHAME ON YOU!"

Bought this table and had out not even 2 months… all faded and cracked when the table was advertise to “last a long time.” Very Disappointed!
