Happy with this bus service in Cantley. It is well priced, service is dependable and is usually on time. Issues are well communicated through their facebook page, and the busses are quite roomy.

Bus service is inadequate. We need a regular service as STO . A few buses during rush hour is definitely not going to get people to and from the city . I hope that soon they'll have a weekend and evening services.

I arrived at the bus stop 15 min earlier to make sure I wouldn't miss it because it was my only way back home and I spent the next 40 min waiting for the bus to come. Never did.

On demand taxi: They will not tell you when they change the pick up time. Yesterday I took OC transpo to get on Bank and Albert to get the 35 Cégep de l'Outaouais bus. I needed to go to my On demand taxi pick up place at 21:10 at the stop St-Joseph Ste-Marie. I was told the pick had change to 20:00 later from my husband (I left my phone at home), I checked my email and my text to see if they tried to informed me about this huge 60 min change... No, they did not. I had to call my husband to pick me up, I was lucky that he could come and get me. The reason my husband found out is that I told him to answer the phone because they might call at 21:00 to make sure I'm coming... They called at 20:00. I called Taxi Loyal and they told me that they would like a follow up on this issue. Loyal Taxi says, that this happens all the time. They say some people have to pay 50$ to get back home because they had planned on this confirmed pick up time. I also got up at 5 am and organized my life so I don't miss this pick up, I have car issues and we must be organized.
