Possibly the worst customer service ever. Have tried to reach the rep for 6 months. Was told in writing that I should find a company to better serve my needs by Miss Line Benoit. I’m sure the owners would be very happy to know how customers are treated. Instruments constantly break with no interest in the part of the company. Highly disappointed
