Metro Central Ultrasound & Echocardiography

I had a great experience here. They were able to fit me in for the next for a non urgent ultrasound. I liked being able to watch the screen and the tech explained what I was seeing. Baby was a bit uncooperative so some pictures took longer to get but the tech was patient and tried her best to get everything done.

My doctor called to make a last minute same day appointment for my anatomy scan because I had missed my original ultrasound at another clinic. Metro was willing to take me even though they were short-staffed and even tho the type of ultrasound I needed would take a longer time. I was able to do my anatomy scan and the ultrasound tech didn’t rush and was so pleasant and didn’t seem stressed at all. She even printed me a picture of my baby’s face up close. I will always remember that kind gesture. Thanks for saving the day and for saving me from making another trip downtown!

Have been here twice and had a great experience both times, as an appointment and walk in. Receptionists and technicians are very nice and professional. Walk in wait was exact 30-45 min as they predict.

Professional, friendly, efficient. Dropped in after their walk-in hours thinking to make an appointment but they were able to see me right away

I usually never have a problem with this place except for today… I went in for my 34 week ultrasound and the EAST Asian old tech was really rude to me and my mother. She rushed my whole ultrasound and kept pressing to hard on my stomach. She also took really blurry/bad ultrasound pictures. I would HIGHLY avoid her. She ruined my whole day

This place is fantastic! I have come here multiple times as a walk-in and received immediate service. This very critical, especially when you have a potentially serious issue. The staff are professional and the results are timely, I’ve been able to get them back to the referring doctor in just two days!I highly recommend this establishment.

WARNING - DO NOT go here. Avoid at all costs.I did my 20 week Anatomy Scan at this clinic. It was probably the worst medical experience I have ever had. Upon entering the clinic and sitting down in the waiting room, my fiancé and I witnessed the (middle aged, heavy set) receptionist not wearing a mask (even though mandatory due to covid). She then had a pizza delivered to her directly to the front desk where she proceeded to sit and eat the entire thing in front of everyone waiting. She at no point during our visit wore a mask. After a while, we witnessed her get up from behind the desk to walk around the office and do some tasks... SHE WAS ACTUALLY BAREFOOT. No shoes, no socks, no mask. After my appointment I was told by the tech, I could get a code from the receptionist tp access my photos online. I asked the same receptionist... she scoffed at me and rolled her eyes as if I was the most annoying person in the world before giving me the code. On top of all of this, key info was missing from my scan and I had to have the entire scan done again at another clinic. I sincerely hope the person who runs this place is different than the lady working the front desk and takes time to address these issues. I'd expect more from anywhere, never mind a medical clinic.

Maybe not the most thorough, but the people are nice. They always try their best for you in terms of scheduling, and even do walk-ins. Everyone was wearing masks when I was there.

I Did two scan here in 2022. My NT scan was having lots of question marks on it. As my baby kept moving. I went through blood test results i came to know after month or so. Same wayMy anomoly scan report they kept telling it's going to share with doctor and not you. When i visited my doct she said reports are yet to share. When i revisited metro center they said we already shared them. My doctor left a voice note later everything is normal but reports i never saw. Which is big thing for any mumma in pregnancy.Yet to know the results.Sonographer's are kind, receptionist is rudeWait time is okok
