North Scarborough X-Ray and Ultrasound

I want to start off by saying I never write reviews online but this experience I had is worth mentioning to people who are contemplating going to this place. I had a good experience with the receptionist, she booked me a same day appointment over the phone. However, the ultrasound technician made me question if she was even qualified to be a technician. It is a global pandemic and this lady had her mask on her chin, fully exposing her mouth and nose. Also throughout my appointment, she was having a personal phone call with her cell phone. She had earphones in and everything while she was performing the procedure. The procedure was also causing me a great deal of pain and I vocalized that to her and she didn't take that into account and proceeded. She was very unprofessional. I was also looking at the reviews to this place before going since the reviews were high I chose to go, but those reviews led me to possibly the worst experience I've had in a medical environment.

Secretary is extremely rude, cuts your off and doesn’t let you speak. I called to book an appointment for my mom and she told me to “make it quick, there’s a lot of people waiting”. You job as an admin is to book appointments and answer questions that the patient has. I am extremely disappointed at how unprofessional she was.. if it wasn’t for there amazing technician, I wouldn’t return here.

The operator initially agreed when we requested for an ultra sound appointment, but then disconnected immediately, when we informed its our first time visit. She dint even care giving any explanation.

I’ve been coming here for years and have had a positive experience each visit. The wait time is short and the lab technicians always know what they’re doing. Would highly recommend!

Everywhere they wanted an appointment and I had day off from work today, so I had to get the ultrasound done. My doctor's appointment is two days from today and it was vital I had it done today. I called this place and they were not busy and accepted me immediately. The receptionist was friendly and it was not a problem.

Don't expect a nice and good service here.The lab technician behaved very rube at the time we went for an test.We left from there without running any tests and looked for other x-ray and ultrasound near by.Really disgusting.

The worst experience of my life in this ultrasound office. I had a pelvic ultrasound which requires me to drink a litre of water an hour before the appointment. They made me wait half an hour after my appointment which made me almost pee on myself!! I had to cancel the whole thing because I could not take it anymore and had to go to the washroom to empty my bladder. They did not care and never understood my situation how uncomfortable I was, having a full bladder and waited an extra half an hour after the appointment is not acceptable!!They had only one person to examine patients and they booked me the same time with another patient. How unprofessional they were to do such thing. Very disappointed from their aweful service and would never recommend them to anyone. Do not go there!! It’s the worst place to have an ultrasound!

Had a bad experience with the ultrasound technician. She just left my husband waiting and sat to do some other paperwork and then took another patient in. We had to wait for so long until she could finally do the ultrasound for my husband. Very unprofessional approach.The x-ray technician was however quick and the process was smooth.

Since I had the day off from work today and everyone requested an appointment, I had to get the ultrasound done. It was crucial that I have it done today because I have a doctor's appointment in two days. When I contacted, they weren't busy and accepted me right away. There was no issue, and the receptionist was pleasant.

One ultrasound technician was 20 minutes late, seems like it's a norm. at that time, the room is full. She called the patient came after us... The ultrasound technician which I was with really wasted quite a lot of time, so I believe she is hourly paid, and the room is very cold.The appointment booking is a mess. My parents and I are the same time 9:00, we finished at 10:30. I booked 6 days early to make sure to get the early appointments, so my parents won't be fasting too long.The experience was very bad. during covid time, the bookings are too full. Don't go there.
