10/10.As first time home owners, we have interacted with many contractors and companies while we continue to renovate our home. Our experience with Eakins was great from start to finish.With the hot weather coming in very quickly this year, we switched from heat to air conditioning within days. To our surprise our Air Conditioner had very little life left to it, it was barely cooling the house. After one conversation with Jake, he sent out a technician who recommended a new unit to be installed. Within one week of the technician inspecting the old unit, a new unit was installed.Aside from the obvious noise of power tools installing the unit, it was like the technicians weren't even here. They were respectful of the property, cleaned up after themselves, basically just kept to themselves the entire instal period.We would highly recommend Eakins Heating & Cooling :)

I would highly recommend. I would not use anyone else. Complete new furnace. Then air conditioner couple years later. Minor repairs they are in and out no charge. Great employees. I can't say enough great things.

Jake and his team were amazing when it came to contacting them about a new air conditioner. Jake and his team are fantastic! From coming the same day I called for a written comprehensible quote to prompt installation and service it was a great experience! As a novice homeowner it was appreciated having a knowledgeable team who helped explain the process and go over each step thoroughly! Jake was able to get everything done UNDER budget! As a family with two young children any money saved is always appreciated! I plan on using Eakins for all of our heating and cooling services and I will be recommending them to our family and friends! Wonderful service. Quick, efficient and thoroughly cleaned up after finishing. The crew was very patient explaining the new equipment. Also installed new water heater. Couldn’t ask for better service. Recommend 100%.

On the coldest night of the year our heating system stopped working. I called multiple HVAC emergency numbers only to hear that they had no-one who could respond or they simply never got back to me.I left a message on Eakins voicemail and Austin responded five minutes later. He made an emergency call for us late in the evening and got it working again.I'm leaving a 5-star review for responsiveness, professionalism, communication and honesty. BIG thank you to Jake and his team at Eakins Heating and Cooling!! They have earned a customer for life.Long story short - Enbridge Gas came to my house to replace my gas meter - locked down my furnace in the process (safety hazard). Called Eakins Heating/Cooling to see what the issue was. Turns out, the issue was NOTHING - furnace works fine (as it did before Enbridge showed up). Service guy (sorry I forgot your name) was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable. Had them service the furnace while on-site. Total cost - well below what I was expecting to pay. If you need heating/cooling work, don't look any further, Eakins Heating and Cooling are the people to hire. Thank you again Jake!!
