My childhood fav baked goods, but veganized! Sooo good. They were so nice and put the stuff I got in my own container.The almond croissant was SO good, buttery salty and sweet. Filling was amazing too.

Matcha croissants are so tasty. They have new items every two weeks.They also have some sandwiches for lunch (avocado, cheesy, etc.).Pros: Full vegan, Amazing pastries, MatchaCons: Not enough tables

10/10. Ordered a crunchy chocolate peanut butter cake and I was beyond impressed.Everyone was so surprised when I told them it’s all vegan! Delicious flavor, not overly sweet which was perfect, super creamy and feels way lighter in your tummy as well. And what can I say, it also looks unreal!First time ordering but won’t be the last!The ordering process was super easy on the website, and prices are not absolutely ridiculous like other bakeries I’ve seen in this city.Thank you Monica for your hard work! You made us all very happy, specially the birthday girl!

Today, I went and got a matcha croissant and strawberry cream croissant. Both of which unfortunately left me more than disappointed. The croissants were incredibly stale and hard. For $6 a piece, I cannot justify the price for the value. As a vegan for several years, I always appreciate vegan businesses and try to support them as much as possible. Unfortunately, Level V did not leave a good impression on me.I hope this was a one time incident, as I hoped to find a worthwhile bakery

Excellent service and excellent presentation as well as very delicious cake. I ordered a 4 tier cake with fresh strawberries with coconut whip for a birthday which happened to coincide with Lunar New Year! I made the perfect choice coming here! Thank you, Monica

Oh my goodness, probably best I don’t live too close to this delightful place. ALL vegan, so many options, worth the trip, and I haven’t even tried the drinks or ice cream yet…. This elevated my Saturday, to be sure :)

If you love pure matcha, this is the place for you.A variety of choices to drink quality and strong matcha alongside a unique pastry selection. The ube mochi bun was delish; soft, slightly crispy, slightly chewy and overall melt in your mouth. Perfectly paired with a soy matcha cortado.Pleasant space and service.

Super unique, creative and yummy cakes here! We recently tried their ‘fun-fetti’ cake and thought it was great (check out the photos!).

SO DELICIOUS, IT CONVERTED A NON-VEGAN. Ok, well I'm not turning full vegan, but I am definitely sold on Level V Bakery's vegan cakes. Monica made the wedding cake that our vegan guests could enjoy and she really went over and beyond with tailoring it to our specific requests. Not only were our vegan guests impressed but I was pleasantly surprised at how moist Monica's baking is. Since then, I've ordered several birthday cakes because her vanilla cake happens to be my dad's favourite (also not a vegan). Honestly any time I bring out her cupcakes or pineapple buns, I don't tell people at first it's vegan and just watch their reactions, which is amazement every time. And then I tell them! And that they need to stop in Level V to try her other decadent creations.
