I had a massage with Tara last week. The massage given was perfect. Her pressure was exactly what Ineeded and her space was warm and inviting. Tata was able to work on tight spots that I didn’t even know I had. I will definitely be going back.

I am a former client of Tara from her time in Ottawa. I had been seeing her for over four years. I would highly recommend her. She is very attentive, and always makes sure to check in with me about my mental and physical well-being. She checks in prior to every massage to ensure that she knows exactly where I wish for her to focus. She always provides instructions for at home care for treatment of acute issues or stretches for prevention of pain. She is, hands-down, the best RMT that I have had the pleasure of seeing! She will be missed in Ottawa!
