I used to be their loyal customer, I bought almost all by kitchen stuff like expensive rice cooker, water boiler, bottles, plates, and kitchenwares from here, but I won’t shop here anymore because of the terrible service and store policy.My wife always buys the slippers here, she bought two pairs same size slippers which is the same size used to get, but this time it seams to be smaller than it used to be. We didn’t open the second pair, because we going to change one size bigger and buy more stuff. The staff was rude and did not care about anything, they don’t take any refund or exchange whether it is brand new seal condition, the male staff without name tag said the store will not make an exception for you, he handed me a card with email address for complaints. What a joke!!!! As a customer, if I can’t get a service for a $3 dollars slippers, how can I trust you when I buy a hundreds dollars kitchenware.I won’t shop anything from this store anymore because of terrible customer service.

I have a TianTian Department store card in that there are still $50 dollars. It is clearly indicated no expiration date on the card. Today I went to the store and tried to use it. But I was told the card is no longer valid because the owner has been changed. This is ridiculous and not acceptable!!!Be careful everyone, Do not use their card and leave any money in it! No body knows when the owner will change again!

It is used to be a good store, the two guys there are always freindly and honest. But the product quality getting worser after the change of management. The bamboo seat mat bought there give me lots of sprinters plus the price become more expensive compare to even the Bay. Never go there any more.

Tidy and clean store with great selections of houseware and kitchen electronic products. Very patient, friendly and helpful staff. Price is reasonable. Happy to find what I was looking for. Would definitely go back and recommend to others!

purchased their range hood before. the technician Gavin provided an awful service. he persuaded us to buy the product from him. and of course, cheaper price. but cash ONLY. he was rude and impatient when we saying NO. I believe this guy was trying to grab customers from his company. that's so ridiculous.
