Your Pet Palace

We have brought our 1.5 year old Bernedoodle here twice now for a full grooming and have been very happy with both the price and the quality of care. They are very friendly, fair and seem to treat the animals with much respect. We have our next grooming already booked and expect to be long term customers!

Neighbourhood grooming studio for pet. I brought my dog and cat it had good service. Sometime my dog is not groomed all even but I wouldn’t be able to do it by myself.

I have been sending my dog to Your Pet Palace for almost a year now and I am incredibly happy with their grooming. All the staff are very kind and helpful. I also love how they give the dogs breaks throughout the grooming so it's not as overwhelming for them. Thank you all so much for loving my dog, he can't wait to go back!

I have been very happy and my dog too. i have a stafford bulm terrier a farely big dog and i went to have his nails done i trued at almost. Every other pet groomer place and none of them would take him because his breed. So i i went into pet palace and she welcomed us with open arms and treated my dog like he was any other dog. He used to givs a hard time getting his nails done going here now over 8 years he gets his nails done with ease and is happy to go.

We take our dog there for a trim every 3 to 6 months. The staff are friendly and our dog always looks great when I pick her up. She always gets a clourful scarf that makes her look cuter. This is our 3rd year with this groomer and we are very satisfied.

If you want to feel secure that your dog is being treated well and loved when you leave your dog at the spa defenently go here. The staff at your pet palace treat every animal like it's their own. I have brought my dog there for 10 years now, he is always so happy to go to his grooming appointments and see his favorite person Diane.

Best groomer in the city hands down. I bring my pup here to get his nails trimmed and bathed when needed. The prices are very affordable.Also, the comment here about the an employee being drunk is completely ridiculous. It’s likely from a competitor. Word to the wise, do not put a lot of weight into a reviewer who has only made 1 review.

I have been going to My Pet Palace for 15 years and counting. I really appreciate and value how reliable, accommodating and professional Diane and the team are here. Our sweet dog always looks 10/10 after a visit. Thank you.

I’ve gone to almost every groomer in the city over the past 5 years trying to find one I like enough to revisit - and I finally found her.Diane and her team were friendly, service was well priced, and my senior Bichon frise Molly left happy and well groomed.When I arrived, the groomer took her time to ask thoughtful questions about what I wanted and Molly’s behaviour.I loved the way this place operates - all drop offs are between 8-10, and then they call you when your dog is ready or otherwise pick them up between 3-5 (I think? Don’t quote me). This worked very well with my work schedule, as opposed to other groomers taking dogs throughout the day.

I have a pretty shaggy dog. She’s mixed with Shepard, Lab and Malamute so she’s basically a little stocky shaggy Shepard. I got her groomed yesterday here and she came home so soft and nicely trimmed up. It’s perfect for the summer!
