They place a robo-call to a unassuming senior pretending to be a city or government official that they are coming into check water quality in your home, ask for the address, and make an appointment to gain access to your home. Very seedy business practice, BE AWARE!!!!!

Looking to buy water purification system, very concern about water quality, didn’t know Aerus Electrolux sells water, knowing them since playing with my Grandma’s vacuum . They installed it for me and gave me 10 days to test it !!!The girl working there very knowledgeable and such a sweetheart.So happy with the system

Same here called my home talk to my motherWhen the water test came he said he was fromThe city and couldn’t give any IDNow he is harassing me on Facebook and treating me.Please tell you water tester I will give all the information to the policePlease give me a email address to send it toWill not be able to post it hereBut like I said i have also informed the police alreadyBut I don’t understand why he had to lie about being a city worker.He could of just gave me your company’s nameAnd everything would of been ok

Very honest and helpful business. I had an old vacuum that wasn't worth fixing and bought a used one from them. I had trouble with the vacuum and they delivered me a newer better vacuum for a very reasonable price. That was 2.5 years ago and the vacuum I got from them has been working great. Very good customer care which is so nice to have in this day and age. It was great of them to deliver the vacuum to my home as well and stand by their produce and service.

I brought my phantom lightening vaccum...which i love to them..they replaced my moter and hepa filter...and it worked even better.I bought my little shark kitchen vacuum to have switch replaced ..only charged 20$These guys are the best...

The guy in the store was so rude and ignorant. very disrespectful. They have no respect for customers at all. I also know of several people whom they have called to get access to their homes and it is a very lousy business practice. It is illegal. Their sales people are the worst I have ever seen!

Have owned a built in vacuum from these guys for around 13 years and have had consistently great service. I recently had an issue with the original powerhead. Not under warranty, but they still fixed it for free and delivered it to my house! Can't do much better than that!

I went to these people to get a replacement beltfor my vacuum cleaner and they lied to me multiple times and 3 different occasions and I went back to pick up my belt that I dropped off 4 weeks ago and they told me that they threw it out even though I told them that I wanted it back. VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. still no part not trusting them again.
