It was a good experience. Fast, I got a mix 6 pk of donuts was a good mix and the team member was friendly.

The coffee was warm. That's all the positive I have to say about this Tim Hortons. The counters were a mess, spillls, garbage. It was a bad experience. My donuts were in a wet and soggy bag.

The drive thru set up is horrendous. You literally have people blocking roads and waiting on roads to get into there lineup which is made for about a 4 or 5 car line not the 8-15 that are usually there during peak hours. That being said they do get you your coffee and donuts in a good time

Waited patiently inside at till to order. To observe 3 vehicles pull up to the drive thru after me waiting.... all served before me. Will not be returning to this location

Two times in the same week ordering dark roast coffee and was told we don't have that today.". Now you're trapped in their painfully slow line to just get out of there!This Tim Hortons sucks!I found the solution to avoid the aggravation though. See photo for solution."

What a disgrace!You can’t be this bad at a simple job!Almost everything was wrong on my most recent order so here I am on Google review. The incompetence at this southwest location is mind boggling. 6 things ordered and more than 50% were wrong. It’s not that hard! Get a effin clue!
