I have been dealing with Cathy at Hep's for almost 18 years now and have always found Hep's to be honest and fair. No matter what problem I bring, they always find a solution at a reasonable cost. It's nice to see consistency in good service for such a long period of time. Way to go Cathy and team!

If you have problems with your small gas engine. Snowblower, weed whacker; lawnmower; this is the place in Kelowna to go. My dad suggested going here based on his experience. They know their stuff! Very happy. Fair prices and they fixed my snowblower carb perfectly.

The lady at the desk was so sweet . I asked for help to carry out blowers as I wasn't able . She did it herself . Grest service . Small business owners need to be supported . I recommend them hands-down. Great price for repairing both blowers.. Thanks for the awesome service !

Super happy with the service and workmanship at Hep’s. Brought in my gas powered push mower and they fixed it within a couple days. (Replaced hub and belt). Service was great starting with the first phone call with Jackie and everyone else I met there.
