Caught the guy swiping some of my bottles and not counting them when I was not looking, when I asked about one of the bottles he was quick to give me 0.20 for the big bottle, but what about the other ones? WTF

Experiences are not always perfect, but overall for about 10 years I have found them to be very accommodating and reasonable.All issues I have ever witnessed someone have could be described as the customer acting entitled and/or unreasonable. Problems are prevented by being aware of what will or won’t be accepted, knowing how to sort empties (ie separate pop cans from beer cans), and keeping your returns relatively clean. I never have issues here.

Worst place ever they didn’t even count half my bottles and then when I confronted The old Asian lady she said no those bottles are mine now so basically stealing my bottle and not even paying for the bottle ….. the place is so filthy and so gross there are bottles in the parking lot but at the end of the day don’t go here your better off going to the one in Langley by the bypass they take it out of bag for you and count it properly don’t go here worst place ever i’m surprise there still open it’s a health hazard

Do not go here. They only give you 8 cents for beer cans. I am contacting their head office to register a complaint.

Been coming here for 9 years now. Recently though, feels like the employees must have instructions to manipulate the count , and scam people . Profitable it is but illegal . Make sure to count your turn in's first .
