My SUV broke down at the convenience store on the weekend. I contacted Rick and within a day he had a plan on how to move my vehicle and fix it as soon as possible. His shop did amazing work and finished my SUV SO QUICKLY! Not only was a ton of work done on my SUV, but he educated me what happened and fixed my SUV with quality equipment for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Rick's Auto Electric! I know where I'm going from now on!!!

By far best auto shop in brantford, been using them for a few years and they have always accommodated me with quick, and very affordable service. They very honest which is something more than a few shops in brantford can't say. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The guys are amazing, honest and don't make me feel dumb ever. As a woman walking into a mechanics this is always reassuring. They explain, and reexplain if needed. I have 3 vehicles that they work on and they are always willing to go the extra mile! Thank you Rick, Jay and Leroy!

I met Rick at part source attempting to you tube the brake job. He offered good advice and a way out when I got stuck. His prices are very reasonable and used the parts I already had. Not being a car guy could have charged an arm and leg but was fair and was very quick to fix. Thanks will come again

i have had a few vehicles in for service at ricks shop. always fast . very friendly,old school shop where you can relax and be confident that you are getting a fair price . THESE GUYS ARE HONEST.. i have had work done that was faster than they expected and they gave me a discount. awesome experience.

New too brantford. Was going in blind on many shops for a clutch replacment. Wasnt sure the car was worth it too do. Ended up bringing it to Rick he told me honestly it was not worth it showed me the exact reasons with my car. When he could have told me too do it! Also said i could have him check over anything im looking too buy! Such a soild guy aswell as the people working with him. If you want somewhere with good people, respect and will be 100% honest and upfront with you. This is it
