Calgary Shuttle Service

Got a quote from them, but when I e-mailed back to actually book the shuttle (as per their instructions) I never heard back.. so on to next option.

We booked a shuttle service (6 people) to and from Calgary airport to home, a month and a half in advance. We were picked up on time (Dec 14) , for our shuttle to the airport, no problem. We received an email, while we were at the airport waiting for our flight back to Calgary, at 5:54 p.m. (Dec 21) advising us they are cancelling our shuttle service home, without any other suggestion on who else could assist us, because our flight was delayed more than 5 hours.We spent over an hour and a half, at the Calgary airport, at 3 a.m. on Dec 22nd, trying to find someone to pick up 6 people and take us home. Very difficult.I would think a shuttle service who advertises Reliable
