Our new CR Plastic pub set looks fabulous on our deck! It is sturdy construction that looks like it will last for years.But the true star of this purchase is the Cottage Spot customer service team. When one of the pieces wandered astray with the delivery company, Cottage Spot was on top of it the whole way and never left me wondering.

We purchased four CR Plastics Bar Stools online through CottageSpot and the process was seamless. They have always been very quick to respond to inquiries as well as the order we placed. They allowed for an online payment and shipped the product right away.We have (so should you) signed up for their catalogue as their pricing was very competitive!

My experience with Cottage Spot was excellent. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. As soon as I placed my order they immediately got in touch to let me know when the items were expected to ship. I was able to easily add additional items after my order had been placed and everything arrived exactly when they said it would. Customer service was in contact throughout the process and quickly replied to all my questions. The CR Plastic items I ordered were awesome, as I knew they would be as we had purchased other items in the past, but this was the first time ordering from CottageSpot. I would not hesitate to order from them again and will definitely recommend. 11/10!

The Cottage Spot is fantastic! I couldn't be happier with my experience with my purchase of CRP outdoor set! There were some issues that happened, due to the pandemic, but they were always there to keep me updated! Would definitely purchase from them again!
