We haven't lived in Whitby for 2 years and yet you've been somehow servicing our cars for 2 years?Bottom line is your brother put my family in danger by improperly removing two rear axles, causing significant damage. Great place to take your vehicles. Such a nice, wonderful couple that runs the business. We took our vehicle to get the air conditioning fixed, and they did a top-notch job on it. Recently we took both our vehicles in for another service, and the owner advised us on something that we did not even know. It shows how honest they are and care about their business and their clientele. Since our first service, we’ve been constantly referring and name dropping them to all the people we know, as Autopro and their team will not steer you wrong. Thumbs up and keep up the greatness! They are our go to mechanic from now on, as we trust them wholeheartedly. Give them a try.

If you are going for an oil change or something simple like a tire change-over this is a place to go to, complex jobs I recommend to go to an experienced mechanic who can take the time to do a proper repair. Full disclosure, my husband left a review on here as well based on our most recent experience and I was not going to add to that but based on how this business responds to past customers I am compelled to warn people before they spend money time and trust someone who does not have expert knowledge on car repairs. I have noticed that each negative review is met with excuses and defensive responses - not professional at all owning up to mistakes. I asked the owner if he convert my 4WD into a 2WD and he assured me he could and that he had done that before. Two trips to the shop he left me with a car that was almost not drivable and put me and my kids in danger. Whoever responds to these reviews and CLAIMS that they advised us against this repair, is being dishonest and was not there! They have also not been servicing our family car for two years. This business issues simple receipts that do not show breakdown of labour, especially when you pay cash ;)Also, as a proper mechanic, if you deem something unsafe, in good conscience, you should not do the job, Business 101! The lack of professional accountability especially in how they respond to people is infuriating! New customers beware! Please do better Autopro Canada!
