Here's a story I hope you can empathize with.10월 6일 저는 아침 7시반쯤 병원에서 나이트가 끝나고 힘든몸을 이끌고 집에 왔습니다. 샤워를 끝내고 누웠을때쯤은 8시였죠.3.5 시간 정도후에 잠에서 깼고 꽤 기분나쁘고 화가났었습니다.이병덕 치과에서 제가 약 1년동안 예약을 두번씩이나 문자로 취소했더라구요.이 문자는 아침 9시27분에 이병덕 치과에서 보낸 문자인데 지금 바로 컨펌하지 않으면 취소비용이 있다는 내용입니다. 저는 8시부터 잠이 들었었구요, 약 2.5시간 이후에 치과에서 올해들어 같은 예약을 두번째로 캔슬했습니다!제 원래 예약은 8월 5일 이었습니다 그때당시에는 의사 선생님의 부재로 취소를 당했었는데 그때는 이해를 했었습니다.근데 치과 사정으로 재예약인데 최대한 빨리 했어야 하는게 아닌가요? 제 새로운 예약은 최대한 빠른거라며 두달뒤에 잡아주더군요.On Oct. 6th I came home around 730am after my night shift from the hospital just dragging my feet. By the time I shower and lay down it's around 8am.Three and half hours later I wake up and I am livid.Together Dental Care has cancelled my appointment from a year ago for the SECOND time with a text message! Please see attached for the 'courteous' text message cancellations that I have received. Unprofessional to say the least and if you understand Korean the tonality isn't very tactful either.My original appointment was on August 5th. However, I got a text message cancellation on the day of saying that the Doctor wasn't able to come in. That's understandable, however shouldn't the rescheduled appointment have been sooner than later? They gave me an appointment two months later as the earliest possible. Wasn't sure how that made any sense but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.Finally, after I scheduled my day to day in anticipation of my dental appointment, I get a text message cancellation on Oct. 6th. In case you don't read Korean, the text message says the following.The message was sent on 9:27am from Together Dental Care indicating that if I don't confirm the appointment, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. I began sleeping at 8am by the way. At 11:53am, a mere 2.5 hours later, they canceled my appointment for the second time that was made a year ago!Absolutely dumbfounding experience. I do not recommend this establishment to my colleagues, my friends, and my family.

Dr. Lee and staff at Together Dental Clinic were very friendly. The scaling was pain-free and my crown came out well. They were also very helpful in accomodating my requested to reschedule my appointment. I have had only pleasant experience at this dental clinic.

저는 여기서 사랑니 두개를 뽑았었는데 치과선생님이 친절하게 잘 뽑아주셨어요. 그런데 사후처리를 안해주시더라고요. 깜박하신건지 아니면 원래 안해주는 병원인지..그래서 뽑고 일주일 넘게 고생했습니다. 저는 사랑니를 뽑은 경험이 없어서 어떠한 처방전을 받아야하는지도 몰랐습니다. 가글 처방전도 안주시고 진통제도 처방안해주시고 (에드빌먹으라고 하셨어요) 잇몸청소하는 기구도 안주시고...여행에서 돌아오신 저희 부모님은 화가나셔서 전화로 complain을 거셨어요. 그후로 몇달 뒤 남은 사랑니를 뽑기위해서 예약했을때는 다른 치과 알아보라고 진료거부를 하시더군요. 진료거부를 하는 이유도 말씀해주시지 않으시고..물론 이유는 저희 아빠가 컴플래인을 하셨기 때문이겠죠. 잘못한거는 인정하시고 손님 가려가면서 받지마세요.

My family and I have been going here for over ten years. Dr. Lee is a stand up guy and doesn't try to upsell like some other dental practices do.

My gums started to smell rotten after 4-5 years of implantation here, I moved other town and present dr saying that my gums are completely damaged thru the implant. I came back to asked together clinic for remove my implant. And Together clinic asked me $1,000 for getting have a new implant. Another $1,000!!! Of cause I don’t want. And somehow the clinic didn't use a kit to replace my implant and the doctor hammered it out and of course the surrounding teeth were damaged. (It was hurts.) The receptionist says the implant is guaranteed for only five years. It's been exactly five years. And then they tried to get my insurance for the cost of removing implants. It was really hurt and bad memories of my Vancouver experience.

Your receptionist is very rude.

사랑니뽑고 잇몸 감염되어 죽울뻔했습니더. 개고생하다 일주일뒤에 갔더니 뭐 약을 왜 안줬지 이딴소라하고, 이뽑은자리 청소하는도구도 안줘서 음식물 고여 썩어거고, 금니빼고 금박은 그냥 가져가시던대요, 아직 문 안닫았나요 여기?
