Jason came over to my place and gave me an estimate on a home back-up generator. I thought everything was good as he was supposed to get back to me after his visit with an revised estimate concerning a small change that was made to the install of the generator. Well that was the last I heard from him. Despite me reaching out to him with emails, texts, voice mail messages 5 or 6 times over the next 3 weeks. If he changed his mind about doing the job, it would have been courteous of him to tell me that instead of just ghosting me the way he did.

I needed to get some electric baseboard heater repairs done and contacted Jason. He was quick to respond, arrived when promised and did the repair quickly and pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely use his services again if I need any future electrical repairs.
