This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst. Every single time I order coffee here it’s so hot I can’t drink it for at least 30mins, it tastes burnt and yet somehow watered down. I always ask for 4 cream and 3 sweetener so I don’t get burnt. When I drive up to Murrayville, the coffee is great and tastes exactly how it should.I have called a couple times when it’s so bad I have to dump it out and the staff pretends they can’t hear me or understand me.There have been times I order and they just hang their arm out the window while looking back in to the restaurant, asking for the next order. No hello, no have a good day. Nothing.What exactly are you guys doing there? I only ever come here when I’m pressed for time and never once has my order come close to the quality of other Tim Hortons in the area.

I went in twice today and had horrible interactions with the staff. They do not treat you like a human being, rather a pay check. When I asked to use the washroom (while holding my toddler) the worker turned their back and walked away. I do not ask for much, only to be treated with respect.

By the interaction with staff, as a customer I was underapreciated. By being laughed at made me feel Embarrassed to embarrassed to goback to the same location. Not impressed not satisfied and very much so not okay.I suggest a Tim Horton employees take a course in business management or even rundown on the fundamentals of professionalism.

If I could rate this specific location 0 I would have. I came into the restaurant on sunday, may. 7th to order 2 drinks, 2 muffins and a breakfast sandwich at just before 11am and I waited almost 20mins for my breakfast sandwich. I had to ask 2 different employees if my order was coming or not. When I finally got it I checked to make sure it was the correct order and of course it was wrong .... I ordered a bacon belt and received a sausage one instead. I took it anyway because I didn't want to wait for another 15mins for an item that should've taken a few mins to make. I use to work for tim hortons and I know that their main priority is to serve drive thru first. But the company should also recognize that the people that come into the restaurant are also important customers and should be served as quickly as the drive thru. I was standing waiting along with at least 4 other people, all the while people in the drive thru are being served without having to wait. It's not just about the people driving thru but also the people coming into the restaurant. The customers should be served with the same timing. Also the staff need to communicate which orders have been completed and which orders still need to be made, nobody seems to know what was happening everyone looked very confused and that's when peoples orders get messed up. I will not be returning to this specific location as every time I come there its either waiting long periods of time or getting a messed up order.

Unfortunately, the quality at this location is very inconsistent. The last few times that I have ordered the BLT sandwich it has been terrible quality (ripped, stale bun and almost no bacon).

The staff of this restaurant need to be told that acting like teenagers is not acceptable in the workplace. Also maybe have a little bit of pride in the quality of food they are putting out. Overall this restaurant needs a major overhaul with its staff additional training is required to meet Tim Hortons standards.

For the love of all that is holy. PLEASE TELL YOUR STAFF RUSHING PEOPLE DOES NOT EQUAL GOOD SERVICE.What elementary student told these employees they have to rush out everything, and at least 3 out of 5 times a week, they make mistakes.It's either corporate is treating their employees like garbage or it's the employees fault.Today for example. Make an order. He repeated it. It was correct. Went to window. Picked up order. Looked at order and see it's wrong. I just sigh and say screw it, not worth the hassle or correcting them. It's quite pathetic now

It’s a rip off. Paid for a medium size French vanilla, this is only how much I get in the cup. Every staff rushes to get orders out with a time limit but don’t keep up with the quality of the food and drinks. It defeats the purpose of having fast service. Fast service with bad quality is still bad service. Think about it.
