It's okay, the pizza crust has gotten thinner. Poutine is pretty good but the sauce is lacking. Staff is great though!

Ordered on the phone and asked for no onions on a chicken pita. After waiting 1h15m for the food, we got onions on both pitas. I called and told them the person who made this order was allergic, they sent our replacements and said it would take 25-30min and again took 1h20m to get our replacements. The new pitas also had onions on them and when told its busy etc etc I would have to come out to get a refund on my credit card. I'm not wasting my time for $20 to drive in the middle of a Sunday when I have people over.Totally unacceptable. I guess they don't understand what allergies mean.

Asked for no onions on anything on pitas order due to allergies, received order with onions, called back asked to send correct order. Received second order at first glance all seemed correct, after two bites onions appeared. This strongly seems like it was done on purpose. After mentioning two times that this is due to allergies and receiving a hidden portion, I will never be order from this place again they do not take anything seriously and cannot be trusted.

I’ve had food from this restaurant almost every time I come to Saint-Lazare, but last time was pre pandemic.The atmosphere was very quiet, but it took our server 5 minutes before taking our order. The restaurant was pretty quiet since we went around 130pm.Food was as good as I remembered. Ordered 2 Gyros and a poutine.When we went to pay, our server stated “that’s it?!” when she saw the tip. We forgot that in Quebec, the taxes are on 2 separate lines as opposed to 1 in Ontario, so we didn’t see the additional line. She physically pointed out on the receipt the suggested amounts, so we felt even more obligated to give more since she was so aggressive. It was an accident on our part, even though our server only came to our table twice during our stay. I understand times are tough, but this type of service was unacceptable.

Restaurant Bravo St-Lazare Pizzeria
First time visiting this restaurant. Did a fast take out order of a poutine (see picture). Lots of cheese and the sauce had pepper in it. I can’t say anything about the wait staff as I didn’t dine in. I had a poutine craving and this hit the mark. Not the best poutine I’ve had but it was good and if I’m ever back in the area, I’d pick it up again.

Fast delivery but terrible pizza. Doesn't help that it was burnt. At the price they are charging, they have a lot of gall letting this get out the front door.

Just moved to area and got home delivery of pizzas, subs and Greek salad. Both times everything was fantastic - salad was fresh with the dressing on the side. Generous pizza toppings!

Surprisingly good. I had chicken brochettes with Ceasar salad. No choice of wines though.
