Spotless NL

I was considering ripping up the heavily stained carpet on the basement stairs but since it was not ripped or torn, I thought I’d take a chance with this company to buy me more time to do this job. They did not disappoint! The customer service was top notch. Larry was very professional since the first communication. My questions were answered immediately. He worked with me on a suitable appointment time, sent me a reminder a few days ahead, showed up on time and was pleasant and courteous while working in my home. He explained the process and what he was using. With a deep clean, the carpet looks like new! Thanks to Larry, I’ll keep it for a while longer. Highly recommend this company.

We moved to Newfoundland from Ontario earlier this year and had the great misfortune of discovering some moisture related mold damage to the basement of our home after less than one year of living in it (and with no issues reported from the home inspection done at the time of purchase). To our horror, we quickly discovered the mold had gotten into the couch and onto the undersides of the cushions since the couch was along the same wall and in close proximity to the damage. We were devastated since this was a 2 year old 6 seat sectional that we paid a good chunk of change for in Ontario and is in otherwise great condition. Thank you thank you thank you the the fantastic team at Spotless NL!! They came in within a matter of days and have done a perfect job - the couch has been completely salvaged and looks brand new again. The team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are to my knowledge the only service on the island with IICRC certification. We could not be happier with the work that was done and the mold removal treatment they expertly applied. We will be using this company for every carpet and upholstery cleaning job going forward. If I could give them 10 stars I would, thank you again!!!!

The cleaners did an amazing job. I was so happy with the end result. I had carpet cleaners previously but they didn't compare with the Spotless Cleaning company. They have top of the line cleaning equipment. I highly recommend this professional team.team

My dog had a bad tummy and made a mess around my house, particularly my couches. I needed someone asap! Larry got back to me right away, and got my upholstery cleaned the next day! He used only the highest quality products, and everything was pet safe!They are professional, caring, and really good at what they do!! Great value too, well worth it!!! Thank you again!

Larry and the SPOTLESS NL team are fantastic. Amazing customer service!! My first experience with this company was having my car and truck detailed. The quality of cleaning along with the convenience of them coming to my home to do the job was so worth it. Today they cleaned/coloursealed the grout on my kitchen floor, it looks brand new. I would highly recommend them!!
