Dr. Lens Change

I am so happy with my new lenses and with the fast service. I bought new glasses less than a year ago from Clearly Contacts who CLAIM to have a warranty. When my lens cracked from the heat of the sun they did NOT stand behind their warranty. So rather than continue to support them in their shady practices I found Dr Lens Change. I am so happy I did. In less than 2 weeks from when I mailed my glasses to them I had them back with perfect new lenses. I was skeptical but I am sold. Heard for years that you cant just" replace the lens and keep your old frames. Well now you can. Or perhaps you always could. Anyhow

I am super impressed. Amazing service, great prices. In less than a week they produced and installed new lenses into my existing frames....Well Done !!! Thank you. I recomend Dr. Lens Change.

Previously, I had paid a fortune for my glasses from my prescription glasses from an optometrist, but unfortunately, lost them. Still stinging from the cost, I was seeking a more affordable alternative. I found 2 pair of frames from Facebook Marketplace that were gorgeous designer frames and then had Dr. Lens Change put my prescription in the frames. I am thrilled the glasses and was very pleased with the service. I brought the glasses in the store on a Tuesday and they had 2 pairs ready by Friday. The lenses are top quality and just as good as my last expensive pair. I got 2 pairs for the same price as my 1 pair. They even tightened them up for me and then tightened a pair of my sunglasses as a bonus. I can highly recommend this company!.

Update June 2023: The business was able to resolve my complaint to my satisfaction.Original Review:I placed an order for new lenses on March 6 and sent my frames which were received by Dr. lens Change on March 11. On day 14 with no status update, I tried using the online chat function and was told that a representative would contact me within 24 hours. No representative contacted me. I tried chatting again as well as sending an email to no avail. After over 3 weeks since receiving my frame with no update, I called Dr Lens Change. The representative I spoke to (Kian) informed me that they destroyed my frames when attempting to insert the new lenses, and they sent them away to be fixed but they could not fix them. There are a few major issues here:- the representative did not offer any apology.- my glasses were sent to a third party without my consent- I was not informed of any of this happening until I pushed represatives for answers. Who knows if or when they would have reached out to me about my broken glasses.The frames I provided were from Dita, a premium manufacturer that makes superior frames to what Dr Lens Change and most opticians offer. The representative offered me generic frames for free, or brand name glasses for a cost. Neither of these options fully correct their mistake as they said they cannot replace the frames with Dita frames. I would have considered accepting their earlier offer had they contacted me earlier and been transparent from the start of their issues, in addition to offering an apology for their mistake. However, at this point, properly resolving the issue would include:- An apology from the company- Acknowledging their mistake in not contacting me when my frames were broken.- Returning the broken frames and old lenses.- Providing replacement Dita frames with the new lenses I already paid for, or refunding the cash value of the old frames plus the payment I already made for the new lenses.After explaining this to the representative, I was promised a supervisor or manager (Ben) would call me within 24 hours to resolve my issue. No one from Dr. Lens Change has contacted me, so I am currently out $322 CAD that I paid to Dr Lens Change for the new lenses, my old frames and lenses that were still fine before sending them to Dr Lens Change, as well as the replacement cost of the Dita frames which is approximately $870 CAD. I am hoping this review will draw attention and encourage Dr Lens Change to contact me and resolve this issue before I have to take other measures to be made whole. At the very least, I hope this review is a warning to others before trusting Dr. Lens Change.

Order 6811 was an unbelievable success! THANK YOU! After my optometrist wanted to charge me over $400 to change out 2 pairs of glasses AND Clearly had the lowest quality lenses and frames that resulted in a full return, I sent my favorite frames over to Dr. Lens Change and am so impressed with their lens quality, service and attention to detail. And at half the cost I will use them again :) Fantastic work team!

Recently just got our 3 Rd pair of lenses with Drlenscgange could not be happier!! They are awesome too deal with extremely knowledgeable and great product and prices. We are looking at getting our prescription sunglasses done next. highly highly recommend this company.

Great, quick service. I have ordered two sets of lenses for two old frames that I had in a drawer and brought the glasses back to life. Really like having Transitions feature, so the lenses self tint in the sun. Pricing is also very reasonable.Planning on doing my third pair!!!

Happy I found your website! Very happy with my new lenses. Great value and workmanship. Process was very easy as stated from many of the other reviewers. Shipped my old frame and lenses got the new ones back within 6 business days. And I live in Ontario. WIll definite use your services again. Thank you.

I sent them my $400 Burberry frames, they broke the frames while trying to take the lenses out, now no-one is responding to my e-mails about replacement, repair, refund???? I want my money back and compensation for damaged lenses.
