Got hungry while shopping and decided to try out chicken and a poutine. The poutine had barely any cheese, and the fries were overcooked and tasted awful, and the chicken was dripping in oil. Not to mention how dirty their working space is, or how I long had to wait. I remember in probably like 2018 I ate here and I remember it being good. Idk what happened but Im highly disappointed and will not be eating there again. Dont recommend.

Way over priced for the quality you get, fries are really sad looking, god knows how old the oil it was fried in and to top it off it was served without being drained from oil

Awful. Horrible service, I ordered a poutine and basically only got fries and sauce (there was like maybe 5 curds that I counted) and not only that but the fries taste like literal motor oil. Don’t recommend new york fries is way better anyways

One of the best smoked meat at Laval.Very clean and hygiene place surrounded with love and harmony food service.The flavor is outrageous and the prices are fair for a meal.Moreover,variety of salads are served, looks delicious and always fresh.The service is awesome and I'm sure I'll return back and have more meals at Rock N Deli

The smoked meat was cut too thin and the flavor was very average. The fries was good but the Poutine sauce was too salty.

Cant do this anymore, i swear its FIVE times i go to this place, specially tell the cashier and cook no lettuce and tomato and then i get lettuce and tomato after waiting for 20 minutes. Its unbelievable how incompetant these people are. I tried to give them so many chances, like do i need to make a drawing so they understand no tomatoes and lettuce, i tell the cashier, she tells the cook, i tell the cook, its even written on the BILL NO TOMATOES OR LETTUCE YET I STILL RECEIVE LETTUCE AND TOMATOES I CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORW

Burger was garbage. Fries were soggy and the price was way too high. My wife had the smoked meat which was not real smoked meat.

I tried their burgers and I was surprised how big and enormous their burgers areGenerous amount of everything. Friendly service.. I recommend it to any burger lovers 100%

I am not a picky eater but this is the first time I don't continue eating because the taste was terrible. The chicken bacon wrap did not taste like chicken or bacon, and the bacon bits were pink, super weird.. The salad with artichoke, tomato and pepper was not seasoned (just vegetables cut with oil). Terrible experience. And they made a mistake with my drink, I ordered 7up and received sparkling water.
