Even if you pay your HOA fees they come after you with lawyers stating you didn’t. Not even a friendly letter stating if nothing was received. From what I can see online this is a common problem with this association and their fees. Be careful and keep your receipts.

Would give it zero stars if I could, the facilities coordinator, Alyssa, is super rude. I was trying to book a hall for a birthday party and she was anything but helpful and extremely impolite to deal with.

I have been paying HOA for many years I never miss, this year which thought I did, got a letter from Thomson LLP collection agency. We never got an email for a friendly reminder, just newsletters and mail newsletter. Without knowing, they charged you for penelties and legal fees. I phoned the office and told them about this, what they said is unacceptable. Was told, they are not legally responsible for sending notices. We are the people in your neighborhood and the least you can do is to remind us, for some reasons we have time to look for our receipts or a chace to solve it.

Tried to book a birthday party. Facilities manager was incredibly rude and uncommunicative. Ended up booking elsewhere; got better service and a better price.

We hosted a celebration of life for my grandmother at this hall and unfortunately it was terrible. The place was filthy, some staff was rude and unprofessional. We had 2 clean every surface b4 the celebration we were almost late getting 2 the church. Then they were super rude to my mom when leaving to go 2 the church saying she had 2 stay back bc her name was on the contract., Even though we had a friend watching over it while we the family went to the church service. This is no way to treat a grieving family!
