We checked in and checked out immediately. I booked a room with queen size bed. Got a room with twin beds. No bathroom. No parking. Desk clerk was not friendly. Didn't feel safe.Would not recommend. No cable, unless you had Netflix or Comcast app.No stars

The guy at reception was extremely nice, thats as far as the positives go.There is a pretty gnarly smell throughout the whole building, and the parking is extremely bad, I stayed 2 nights and just hoped I didnt get a parking ticket.I personally wouldnt stay here again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. DISGUSTING MOLD FILLED INN WITH CRACK HEADS RENTING FULL TIME SLAMMING DOORS ALL NIGHT SMOKING CRACK ON THE FRONT STEPS. NO HOT WATER THE LADY AT THE DESK WOULDNT HELP ME CONTACT ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ONLY WENT FOR THE NIGHT TO GET A BREAK FROM THE HOSPITAL WHERE WE STAY WITH OUR SICK DAUGHTER. NOT IMPRESSED ONE BIT AND STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! TRASH MANAGEMENT. TRASH HOTEL. But. They had a microwave, so they're STILL better than the Point Pleasent lodge.

Rooms were clean and tidy, I didn’t like the mattress it was a bit hard other than that was a great stay thanks

One of the staff was so rude. I booked a room on Dec 10- 12. Due to my car having an accident, I have to cancel the reservation. I was told the reservation could be cancelled, but I could move to the next date. I selected to have a second reservation for next week, on Dec 16-18. But it was cancelled due to the Visa being invalid. The room has been cancelled led I needed to pay the whole fee, and they even do not give me enough time to update the visa information or send a warning email to notify me. I called them on Dec 12; I understand the room cannot be refunded. I am just worried that it will charge me twice because I do have two reservations, even though the first one has been moved. I also want to save my reservation for next week. I called them, but I was surprised I had a long call that was rude and impatient. The staff laughed at me that I had a visa problem and warned me there were no refunds. I tried to let them answer my questions and wondered if I could keep the reservation because it had charged me. I really confused why the visa cannot reserve the room but can be charged. The hotel gives me a feeling. They do not want to answer my question and help me to solve the problems patiently. They just tried to charge me. I shared my experiment. If you have any service need to call the hotel, do not do it. They will not be able to provide any service for an explanation definitely and will charge you enforcedly, they will let you have bad emotions the whole day. The lady continuously sighed at me, which made me uncomfortable.

Clean, comfort beds, and very friendly staff. No on-site parking, but there are public lots in the vicinity. They're currently working on updates.

Moldy shower, very cheap furniture. Felt sick getting into the room. Hotel staff not helpful at all. Over a week, room was only cleaned once, when specifically requested, but the second request wasn't acted upon. Parking is $15 a day, and the gate doesn't work most of the time. Central area, but that's the only bonus. Would not recommend.

Very close to the front desk, could hear everything, gaps in door letting light and sound in, no parking, they had listed for breakfast and then we were told this is no longer an option since covid. Wasn't the cleanest room by anymeans. Although The front staff were nice
