Very different but pleasant experience in this hotel summerside PEI is beautiful and this place is great for stay in summers outdoor patio gazebos are good rooms have all the basic amenities.

Appalling!!!I've stayed in hostels cleaner than this place.Shared room with shared bathroom, no bathroom fan. Pulled my sheets back on the bed and it was covered in body hair and other such things.Front desk person argued with me and told me it was cleaned. I luckily had a sleeping bag in my truck that I ended up sleeping in!!!Have to slam the door hard to get it to close.The bedroom size is approx 12x12. No walking space no room. Looks like a low budget college dorm.I would not recommend at all.

Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and spacious. Couldn't ask for anything more. Had all the necessities my husband and I could ask for. We stayed in a queen room (lg dbl bed) which had a small fridge & microwave. Had a nice closet, private bathroom (with sink outside from toilet & shower), a desk, tv, and a dresser.We didn't get a room with a view, but then again we were only there to sleep.Only small negative was that the walls were a bit thin. You could hear noise in the hallway & room beside and above us. Other than that, very pleasant stay and would definitely return and recommend.

I have stayed here before without incident, but this visit has not been great. The hotel buildings are former military quarters. They are old buildings and show their age. None of that matters of the bed is soft and the room is clean, but my room had trash from previous guests and their coffee left in the coffee maker. Our room was a suite with queen bedroom, kitchenette, and sitting room with pull out couch. My spouse was supposed to sleep on the pullout so I could have the bed with our baby, but the mattress on the pullout was so thin and concave that it was more comfortable to sleep on a camping pad on the floor. The icing on the cake was a group that used the gazebo between buildings as a drinking hangout and kept me awake past midnight. I feel it should be clearly marked that the gazebo is off limits for open liquor.

The people were really nice but the room wasn't very clean, there was dirty plastic cutlery sticking out between the chair cushions

Room was clean and simple, nothing special but nothing to complain about, even the cot we borrowed was comfortable. The bar was fantastic, bartenders shift ended at 11pm but she let us keep going untill 2am because she thought we were having to much fun. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was large and airy and we managed to get a family room with two bedrooms. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a variety of dishes in huge portions. Only con is that they don't do hot tea or coffee in the mornings.

The hotel had great, friendly staff, and we had no problems on check-in. There was a great little restaurant/bar located right on site (simple Island fare, but all very well prepared). The grounds are well maintained, as are the common areas. The rooms are clean and well lit. That said, the Expedia listing gave no indication that every room shares its bathroom/coffee maker with another room - it wasn't a problem in our specific case, but advanced warning would have been nice.

Normally this is a decent little place, but not this time. The garbage from the previous guests was still here, their old tea bag was in the pot, and our room card didn't work. One of our beds was a pull-out, and I ended up choosing the floor after trying it out. They also got rid of their continental breakfast. Open WiFi though, so...
