This place has been a resource for me not only when I needed maintenance for my car but especially when I had questions! Jean is always ready to serve his clients in the best way possible. Amicable staff and tells it to you like it is!

Main mechanic John is great and honest. However there was a older guy working there who's disrespectful and has 0 customer service soft skill. Gives you attitude over simple questions and ignores you even if he sees you're waiting. Didnt even properly do my alignment. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Never coming back here

Usually, from my experience, you can't really trust mechanics because almost all of them try to somehow screw you. But the mechanics at Garage Etoile are 100% trustworthy & honest. Especially John. Mark my words: you can't find a more honest mechanic than John and his team. I guarantee you. Been coming here for 5 years now and like always, great service and always on time with the appointment I take with them. Can't ask for more.

Garage l'Étoile does not fit the stereotype of shady mechanics. The father & son truly care about your car and are mindful of your wallet. I have never encountered such a dedicated and recurring clientele for that same reason. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an honest and highly skilled mechanic.

I am not sure where this last negative comment is coming from. Im not sure what religion has to do with a garage but i have always been so well treated at this garage that i find the comment below so misplaced.I have been going to this garage for the longest time. I have always felt so welcome and the service they offer is top notch. I have never been disappointed. They explain me the issue on the car and what needs to be fixed. Prices are beyond reasonable. I suggest to anyone to come here. I drive from Montreal to come and service my car here.

Amazing and polite individuals. Very fair prices. Had to change two tires (first snow storm) and they took me right away. Man offered me tea and coffee because it was freezing outside. Will definitely be coming back.

I had the misfortune of visiting this garage last week for a slow leak in one of my car tires. Spoke with an older man. When I asked if it was possible to fix my tire he replied, Dans vos reves!" He added that he was eating. Rude & unprofessional. I am taking my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same. 1 star is generous."

Great Service at Garage EtoileI recently went to Garage Etoile and it was a really good experience. They did an excellent job fixing my car and they did it quickly too. The team there was really good at explaining what they were going to do, which I appreciated.The people at Garage Etoile were also really friendly. They made what can be a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. It's nice to find a place where the staff cares about their customers.What surprised me most was the price. It was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they did. I felt like I got a great deal, which is hard to find with car repairs.All in all, I'm really happy with Garage Etoile. They have great service, friendly staff, and fair prices. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone.
