I tried to support a local business but when the owners tells you I don't have time to talk about this" and walks away

These guys fixed my muffler up fast so I could get to a very important family visit. Much appreciated!! Would definitely return and recommend to others needing muffler work.

Great experience. Fixed more than expected and for half the price another shop quoted for parts and labour. Have a VW Passat and was told by the the engine would have to be lifted to fix my exhaust leak at the flex joints. They were able to fix this with out doing this with some welding and replacing both flex joints. Great service and timely.

Tailpipe fell off our Ford Escape. Took it to Creston Brake and Muffler for an estimate. Ed had the parts the next day. Thankfully, they also checked the brakes. Front pads and rotors were worn out. They had the parts and repaired the entire vehicle the same day. Excellent customer service.

Ed and his team were great. We were travelling through and had some check engine troubles. They got us in immediately and diagnosed the problem. Reset codes and it was up to us if we wanted repair done or not. Even if we didn't want the work done, they did not charge for diagnostic. Ordered part and 3 days later on our way back through, they did repair first thing in the morning and got us on our way quickly. Customer Service was beyond awesome. So glad they were able to help us on our vacation. Would highly recommend them.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My family and I experienced engine trouble on our vehicle while on vacation. We limped into town on a Saturday and no mechanic was open. We stopped by this shop to see if it might be open. It was closed but one of their mechanics was there. He kindly offered to take a look at our engine and see if he could help. Even though it was his day off, he took a look, quickly sorted out the problem, and got us on our way. We would have been stranded for a couple days if it wasn’t for this wonderful mechanic. We are so thankful for him. The advice he gave us for our engine was spot on, and his fix worked perfectly. He really knew his stuff. These guys are true Good Samaritans and fabulous mechanics.

I really enjoy dealing with ed and his crew they are down to earth locals who would help anyone in need ed's prices are extremely reasonable if you talk to him about your situation but remember he has a business to run so nothing is free but he is one of the fairest businessmen i know and no im not a family member

Excellent honest friendly service.Passing through town on vacation and could hear a grinding noise on our brakes. Went to 4 other shops who were all full for a week until we pulled into Ed's place. They were full too but took a quick look to see if it was road worthy until Bonner's Ferry. Instead it was just the brakes and nothing more and they made time and space for us to get quickly back on the road. Allowed us to get to the music festival we were going too.Thanks!

The guys went out of their way to get our truck back on the road while we were passing through. Very friendly service. Had the part rushed over, and worked really quick. 10/10 would recommend.
