We had a great experience working with Cornerstone and Dan. We had some plumbing issues in our home that we need to address and Dan was great with some out of the box solutions for our century-old house. He arrived on time, was as efficient as possible, realistic and a very nice guy! I would absolutely hire Cornerstone again in the future!

I'm 84 and retired now, but in my day I've had to hire plumbers for apartment construction, house building and home renovation work in several communities in Ontario. Now we own an investment property in Guelph, a very nice condo unit which turned out to have several plumbing problems. I was advised to contact Cornerstone as the preferred mechanical contractors for the complex and I'm so happy I did. For promptness, courtesy and amazing mechanical ingenuity they can't be beat, bar none.

We chose Cornerstone for our annual backflow test here in Waterloo and the service and price were excellent. We are a very small church and not a business, but still require a backflow test from the city. Cornerstone took all this into consideration and accommodated us in a friendly and professional manner. Plumber was super helpful in diagnosing a potential issue with our pipes. Showed up exactly on time, reassured us that everything looked okay, and even explained what we should look for next time. Best service we've ever had, hands-down. Cannot recommend them enough!

We only use cornerstone if we ever need a plumber. The plumbers are all very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend them. The only thing I don't agree with, is the $40 extra charge for fuel. We live in town and to me that isn't fair. If services are needed outside the city then definitely charge extra. Most of us were financially affected by Covid and the price of gas that continues to rise.

I cannot say enough about Cornerstone. I have used them at home for a plumbing issue; they were on time, professional, and tidied up before leaving. They truly went above and beyond to fix the issue. I have also used them for an electrical issue in my office - again, on time and professional. Booking in a service is super easy too. Everyone I've encountered at Cornerstone has been incredibly professional and helpful. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation!
