Ive been going here for four years now. I always get good results, my hair is healthy and beautiful. Both Zina and Edda are sweet and always treat people the best. It’s unfortunate that their 1star reviews are coming from people who never got their services and are from parking problems.

1,000,000/10 recommend! Since moving here from AB, I’ve been struggling to find a trusted person to shape my once favourite feature: my eyebrows! And finally, I have found my angel. Sweena is a total joy, and she did an amazing job at giving SHAPE to my neglected eyebrows. She also advised a plan on how she will bring my brows back to their former glory. I can’t say enough good things. I’m SO happy! Thank you, Sweena.

My mom came in a week ago to get a balayage done and the end result was exactly what she wanted— if not better! The stylist was patient, diligent, and extremely talented. Thank you!

I was going to Zina Edda during last year and they always did a great job for me except the last time that I went for face frame, I wasn’t happy with the service and the response was I cant do anything if you don’t like, this wasn’t a customer service that I was excepted.Now I have to go somewhere else to correct what they did.

I had parked hoping to come in and ask about the services they offer. Before I was even able to leave my car a large women came out and began yelling in a very agressive tone to get out of the spot. I was disgusted to to see how these women treat potential clients. Upon leaving, I decided to look at the reviews to see if this is a common experience and it turns out it is. Also, seeing how they respond to constructive criticism in these reviews with a lack of accountability or sympathy for the clients who came in and paid for services was truly sickening. I am so glad I did not end up getting a service from this business. The services they provide can easily be done around the city from much kinder people. UPDATE: Upon viewing the response, I would like to again emphasize it’s not a matter of excuses and what information is being provided rather the lack professionalism and of basic human decency that is the issue. Unfortunate for employees or business owners to have such inflated egos.

Very rude receptionist with zero people skills. I went in with a question through the front door and was told I’m taking her away from her work. If I could give less than one star I would. The most disgusting service I have ever encountered. If as a receptionist answering questions is uncomfortable for you probably find a new job. I simply asked a question for directions, and your receptionist was incredibly condescending and rude, the people you hire and how they treat other people says alot about your business.I was also coming in to get a business card for my friend needless to say I didn’t and I will share this experience with her instead.You didn’t have to ask me to leave I had no reason to stay as I was looking for a different business.

Love their work! I found my new go-to! Both Zina & Edda are lovely and provide an excellent customer service! Highly recommend this place!

Zina is a HAIR WIZARD. GENIUS. NO ONE COMPARES. I have extremely thick East Asian hair and she never bats an eye when I tell her I want to change the colour. Been coming here for over 5 years and I always leave so incredibly happy and in awe of how beautiful she makes me feel. Did I mention her daughter Edda is a dream as well? My hair colour is always perfection and Zina gives the perfect cuts and is a queen at blowouts. Zero complaints. You need to make this your new salon. ASAP
